2005

Foundation of R.I.D. Industrial Cleaning
This year, the company R.I.D. Industriereinigung was founded, laying the foundation for its business activities in the field of industrial cleaning.

2007

Purchase of company building in Erbach
The company acquired its own building in Erbach, which represented an important step toward further expansion and establishment.

2009

Foundation of R.I.D. Turkey in Ankara
With the establishment of a branch in Turkey, more precisely in Ankara, R.I.D. expanded beyond national borders and opened up new markets.

2011

Foundation of R.I.D. Personnel Services
The company expanded its range of services to include personnel services, thereby offering its customers a broader portfolio.

2014

Foundation of RID Swiss GmbH
The establishment of a subsidiary in Switzerland, RID Swiss GmbH, marked another important expansion into the international market.

Purchase of industrial park in Marbach, 33,000 sqm
By purchasing a 33,000-square-meter industrial park in Marbach, the company laid the foundation for further growth and provided sufficient space for future developments.

Purchase of office and industrial building in Stade

Start of construction of a new administration building and assembly halls
This year saw the start of construction on a new administration building and assembly halls, representing a significant investment in the future of the Marbach site.

Completion of administration building and assembly halls at Marbach Industrial Park
The completion of the new buildings in the Marbach industrial park marked an important milestone and provided modern working conditions and expanded production capabilities.

Erfurt branch
With the opening of a branch office in Erfurt, R.I.D. continued its expansion into the eastern German states.

2024

Acquisition of Matho Pallet Manufacturing
In 2024, R.I.D. acquired Matho Palettenmanufaktur. This acquisition expanded the company's business field and enabled it to enter the production and distribution of pallets.
